Coordinate global partnerships and knowledge management for awareness, upscaling, and replication. The objective of component 5 is to develop an Integrated and adequate knowledge and project management, to establish landscape-level monitoring and evaluation systems, leveraging technology and data, developed and field-tested.
Project management. The objective is to have a timely and efficient development and execution of all project phases to achieve the main goal and objectives of SFITAL. The expected outcome is a productive guidance, efficient communication and apt supervision of the project’s team.
